Protocol for Rescheduling games

As soon as possible - email

Provide: Coach's name - Age level

Old game being rescheduled - Date, Time, Field and Field #, Game #

New game information - Date, Time, Field and Field #

You will get a confirmation back that it has been taken care of and rescheduled.

You need to give us at least three days notice to have the highest likelihood of having an umpire. Three days gives us time without killing ourselves. Less than 3 days - you get the picture.

We DO NOT take phone reschedules.

Protocol for Last Minute - possible umpire no show

If you do not have an umpire on field by 7 minutes before game start

Protocol for Rule issues - if Critical game situation

We have no problem answering rule questions in critical situation, but remember our umpires probably had this rule covered in some form of training (Hopefully they remembered), but umpires in other tournaments made not know the rules. If you are in that situation give us call and we will give your our assessment.
