Traveling Baseball Concession Rules

This year we have been able to cut our costs for tournaments by being able to fall under the City of Woodbury’s concessions permit. With this change the rules that we are to follow have changed. Below you will find the new guidelines:

1. No person’s under the age of 16 allowed in concession area. (This includes trailers) no exceptions.

2. All food preparation must be done by an adult. Meats must be cooked to 165 degrees.(use thermometer supplied) Blue ice must be in coolers where meat is stored.

3. Anyone handling prepared food must be wearing plastic gloves and hats to keep hair back. (or hairnets)

4. Water test strips should be used to make sure sanitizing solution is accurate. Three basin sinks are for Wash, Rinse, sanitize and let air dry.

5. Counters must be cleaned periodically and at end of each shift.

6. All equipment is to be wiped down with soap and water.

Use tinfoil under the hotdog rollers to make cleanup easier.

7. Floors and counters must be cleaned before leaving.

8. Trash must be removed from building and into dumpsters at each facility.
