St. Paul Paul Saints Sports Academy:
SAINTS DEVELOPMENTAL TEAMS

Baseball Developmental Teams
As sports have become more competitive locally and nationally, it has become more important to train and
BaseballTraining.jpg
receive proper instruction year-round. 90% of Professional and Division I Athletes come from warmer climates states or countries. The main reason for this is that athletes in warmer climates train and play year-round resulting in far more superior skils than athletes from colder climates.

Team members will receive highly-qualified instruction from St. Paul Saints Manager George Tsamis plus current and former Saints players and coaches. Athletes will leran proper techniques in hitting, fielding (infield and outfield), throwing, pitching, and catching. Along with position-specific training, athletes will have weight training (ages 14-18) and plyometric agility & quickness training (all ages).

Experience the fun and excitement of Saints Baseball through our Developmental Lessons & Clinics for youth ages 6 and up. Our instructors include Saints Hitting Coach Lamarr Rogers, University of Minnesota Gophers (softball) standout Shannon Stemper, Minnesota Thunder and Canadian National star Andres Arango, Arena Football League cornerback Kevin Brown and former Minnesota Vikings player Willie Howard among others. They inform athletes of the intricate details that are so crucial to the sports in which they have spent nearly their entire lives perfecting. They are masters of their craft and understand the importance of correlating each training session to each player’s skill level, physical make-up and natural abilities.
